There will be several hand-painted treat jars and pet dishes raffled off. These pieces have been sponsored by local businesses. Pictures of all the items available will be posted soon. Get free raffle tickets with purchase of animal related pottery. Purchase add'l raffle tickets for $1. Use your tickets to "vote" for your favorite dish (a.k.a. the one you would love to have for your own fur-baby). Email or bring us a picture of your pet and we will have it sketched onto a 16x20 canvas for you when you arrive to the PET YOUR OWN CANVAS CLASS on Sunday, June 3 beginning at 1pm. An artist will give you the tips you need to paint the sketch in so you can take home a painting of your beloved furry family member. $10 per paid class participant will be donated to the Scott Co Humane Society. http://www.sc4paws.org/ Class fee is $45. Email or bring Bless Your H'Art a picture of your pet and they will have it sketched onto a 16x20 canvas for you when you arrive to the PET YOUR OWN CANVAS CLASS on Thursday, June 28th beginning at 6pm. An artist will give you the tips you need to paint the sketch in so you can take home a painting of your beloved furry family member. $10 per paid class participant will be donated to the Scott Co Humane Society. Wednesday, December 5th from 11am-1pm we'll be going to Georgetown College's REC Center to give students some cuddle time with our furry pets.

Volunteers are welcome to attend, and are encouraged to bring their cat and/or dog to this event, just be sure they're friendly around other dogs and cats, and of course people friendly.

The students really enjoy and appreciate this time to take a break and de-stress from the studying and preparation for finals. After all, there's nothing a dog or cat can't fix.

When you sponsor a homeless pet at SCHS , you help that animal in ways that can't even be counted.

Thus far in 2018, over 1,500 cats and dogs have been surrendered to the open-admission county-run facility with whom we share our vision with; unfortunately many of these cats and dogs are strays and brought to the shelter, but never reclaimed by their owners. On the other hand, many are surrendered from local residents for a variety of personal reasons; however, through our foster and rescue program, this year alone OVER 500 CATS AND DOGS HAVE FOUND THEIR FUR-EVER HOME... and we're still counting.

We can't serve our mission, and can't help the homeless animals of Scott County without your help!

$50 Spays/neuter a kitten or cat
$100 Sponsors a foster cat for full veterinary procedures to prepare it for adoption

The men and women of Quest Farm range in age from 18-80 years old. Each individual lives in one of the three houses with support staff. They believe this loving atmosphere is one option to encourage individuals to strive to reach their full potential.

Quest's Day Training program does a variety of educational classes such as: money management, science, geography, reading and writing skills, and much more. Day Training is known for their outings in the community, including animal therapy.
