Every year we have a pet parade with a Blessing of the Animals ceremony by the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church (South Broadway/W Clinton). The Blessing of the Animals will start at noon snacks and drinks will be available there. We will then line up on the street next to the church and walk up town for the Pet Parade. One of our furry four-legged loved ones' favorite events, Stress Less with Pets is here! Wednesday, December 5th from 11am-1pm we'll be going to Georgetown College's REC Center to give students some cuddle time with our furry pets. Volunteers are welcome to attend, and are encouraged to bring their cat and/or dog to this event, just be sure they're friendly around other dogs and cats, and of course people friendly. The students really enjoy and appreciate this time to take a break and de-stress from the studying and preparation for finals. After all, there's nothing a dog or cat can't fix.
