Pet Food Bank Application

The Scott County Humane Society “PET Food Bank” program is intended to assist Scott County residents in their times of financial need by providing free pet food, which will help keep companion dogs and cats in their loving homes and ultimately reduce the number of homeless pets in Scott County. To be eligible for this program, an application must be submitted and approved by the Food Bank program coordinator, SCHS Board Chair, or other designee. SCHS has the right to change this policy at any time, upon majority board approval. Any applicant may be refused for this program for any reason, either temporarily or permanently. This program is donation-based and Food Bank pickup may be limited based on availability.
