Freddy and Daphne are 6 and 7, and have never been separated. Freddy is the oldest and both are very gentle and sweet. They absolutely love play time and love spending time jumping through their tunnels. Freddy has an incredible infatuation with Walmart bags, and they're one of his favorite toys. They're both incredibly curious and love to dig. (We loved to make them dig boxes with bags, sand or packing peanuts)  Freddy and Daphne get fresh water and a fresh cup full of (ferret or kitten dry) food every day. Their litter box must be scooped at least once a day and their cage must be cleaned at least once a week. They should receive new bedding after the cage has been scrubbed and their cage should also be rearranged at this time. They use rabbit food pellets as litter or dry absorbable bedding, any cat litter that creates a dust is not acceptable for ferrets, they have very sensitive immune systems.  Daphne loves treats but Freddy isn't a huge fan.  They should be getting around 4 hours of play time a day and at least one hour with people. They are very active animals and they require lots of exercise   We would love to hear from you!
