About Ruthie

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • Housetrained: Yes
Ruthie is just 1 1/2 years old (as of 7/1) and still has her paws crossed that she will be adopted and loved by a home. Ruthie is a gentle and affectionate girl who loves to pat your face softly with her paws as a greeting, follow you about and nestle down beside you for some petting and loving! After having been dumped at the county shelter with her litter of kittens, this too young momma cat cared and loved her babies regardless and watched each one leave her for a happy forever home. Ruthie is quiet and easy going in a home. She loves people and does well with the kids in her foster family. She doesn't mind cats, but doesn't like to be bullied by another cat and gets peeved when that happens! Ruthie gets used to dogs too, and shows she can peacefully coexist in a home filled with cats and dogs and kids! Her ideal home is going to be one who will care for her, love her and cherish the purrs and companionship she will bring. She is friendly, not shy, and likes to be petted, held and to sleep on bed at night. Ruthie will be a great addition for a home wanting a sleek black cat with a heart of gold. Email today and make her yours! IMPORTANT All our pets are fostered in volunteers' homes. We do not have the resources to answer phone or email inquiries without a completed application.
