I'm Dove, the smallest of 3 surviving pups from litter of 5. Our mom, Molly, who had a very hard delivery, is also looking for a home. Dad is an unknown but must have been a Beagle as we all look like Beagles. There is a special reason I was named "Dove". You see, the name Dove means "Peace", to the Chinese it symbolizes Long Life and is the symbol of the "Holy Spirit" in the Bible. Not breathing when I was born, my first foster mom had to give me CPR. To her wonder, and her son who looked on, I did start to breath on my own. I am the smallest of the 3 pups, only 3.4# at 6 weeks on 3/6, healthy and full of wonder of the world. God and my foster mom gave me a second chance... Like a Dove, I am shy, reserved, and submissive in temperament. The Dove symbolized "Quiet Innocents" to the Ancient Egyptians. The Dove was the one that brought back the olive branch to Noah giving him hope of land. My hope for life is to share the gift given me, a second chance.
