Adopted 1 year ago into a home that did not take the time to understand this sweet little Pixie, she came back to us to learn how to trust and find her confidence in situations new to her and experience how a loving home attending to her needs feels. She is now flourishing in her foster home and happy again! ........ This little girl has been given a second chance to find a truly loving home. Through the love and attention of her new foster mom, she is now returning to that once personable loving girl. Now, Pixie is gaining confidence, responding to the love and feeling comfortable and safe again. Jokingly we call her Nadia, like the gold medal gymnast, this little wonder has developed a way to express her excitement in her new life. She has created her own "floor exercise" complete with "tumbling and body rolls!" All she needs now is the music to her ears of a soft voice saying "I love you Pixie". As she snuggles on the couch beside her foster family, she dreams of a home of her own. Pixie is a quiet gal with soulful eyes, "Adorable" says her foster mom.
