World record holder of the women’s 100 and 200 meter sprint, Florence Griffith Joyner was known to the world as Flo Jo. Well, I’m “Little” Flo Jo, named that because I’m the only one of the pups that sprints after my foster mom as she walks across the yard scooping up our poop! I’ve got the breeze in my hair and my ears cocked back, my brother and sisters can’t keep up with me….. Then I get blown away by one of the “Big Dogs” in my home as they leisurely trot past me! Oh well, I’m a growing pup only 8 weeks old 5/18 and weighing a mere 8 lbs. Not quite sure what breed I am, my mom looked like a Corgi mix and my dad came by night and not seen by anyone but my mom. Mom weighed 30# or so, ears up, curled tail and not really short, but not tall either. All I’m told is that she was VERY friendly to all. Fortunately we will be her last litter!! I’m glad for mom! Much like Flo Jo who dressed so colorful and stood out in a crowd, I too am much different in looks then my siblings. My photo may make me look black and white, but if you look close there is a brown cast in my soft fuzzy coat that makes me too “Stand Out in a Crowd”!My ears seem to be staying down too! I’m an eager gal wanting to be a “Constant Companion” to my foster mom. I take loving well and put my li’l paws on your face to keep you still so I can share some kisses myself! I’m sweet as chocolate and love to snuggle if given a chance. Flo Jo won the Gold in the Olympics and I plan to be as “Good as Gold” and win your heart. I’ll be ready to move to my new home 6/2.
