Dahlia's my name and having fun is my game… At just 13 weeks old about 8/2 and only 12#. I'm one of 7 Border Collie mix pups left in a brown box at the shelter now looking for a home. My name is Scandinavian in origin meaning "Valley". Don't worry, I'm not a "Valley Girl" being that I'll be easily trained, eager to please and full of energy and brains to-boot! I stick close to my person and LOVE to snuggle. We Collie/Border Collies are considered the SMARTEST of all the dog breeds. We are working dogs and like to be mentally and physically stimulated, so best keep your pants and sneakers on as we will lead an active life together. My face is mostly black with some white as you can see with my bright dark eyes just wanting to please. I love to run/tumple and chase my siblings and all the kids who visit us. I'm shy at times wanting to make sure life is safe so I'm considered a Constant Companion/Wall Flower of sorts who thinks loving comes second nature to me as I aim to love and adore my new family.
