About Navajo

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
Ya'at'eeh! That's Hello in Navajo....I'm named Navajo after the Native American tribe living primarily in Arizona and Utah. Being a little "Asdzani" (girl) at just 27# and 4-5 months old about 7/7, from the shelter, I"m now looking for a new "Shi Naa'aash" (Best Friend). They think I'm an English Setter mix but not certain. I am "Lizhini & Ligail" (Black & White), so who knows!....Playing with other "Leechaa'i (dogs) is great fun, but as the "Sha'" sets (sun sets) I'd rather cuddle with my person and hear them say "Ayor Anosh'ni" (I love you)!!! I am a very smart little "Asdzani" (girl) learning to walk on a leash and working on that potty thing..... so I'll be the best Little Indian Maiden ever! Navajo means "The night has passed". All I know is that too many have passed without my own "Forever Home". Give me a chance, let me say "Ayor anosh'ni" (I love you) to you! Inside companion only please. Navajo's adoption fee......150.00 Please send your completed application to Adoptfourpaws@yahoo.com IMPORTANT All our pets are fostered in volunteers' homes.
