Found as a stray and only 11-12 weeks old (9/4), Scared, Shy and all alone…. I was surely in a “Pickle”! Thus my name……”Pickles”! At a mere 6 pound nothing gal, though full of pepper/spices and probably a little garlic thrown in, this big world was a scary place. Considered a Busy Bee, I’m a Terrier mix that is ready to explore the world, looking into every nook and cranny of my new foster home. My unique feathering around my ears makes me a stand out among other pups, my expression of glee, eagerness to be seen and smile on my face show that though small I will be heard, seen and the one to look at when I enter a room! Did you know that in Dillsburg, PA, instead of dropping a ball they drop a “Pickle” on New Years Eve? Wow, I’m staying away from that place!!! And they say we Southern Folks have strange customs, and I’m not just Gherkin you around! Like a “Sweet Pickle” I’m ready to spread on the charm with kisses, a wagging tail and eyes that call your name. I get along great with other dogs, probably would tolerate cats and am already crate trained. Yes, I’m working on house training but hey, for such a young pup I’ve already come so far. Just as my breed is known for, I’m a smart gal that will excel if given the proper direction. Just like “Bread and Butter” I’ll be a kin to you if given the chance. Even if you are not pregnant, you will crave me!………Pickles is ready to bring a "Barrel" of fun to your life. Inside companion only please.
