Cassie is a super sweet kitty with Lynx - Seal point Siamese with deep grey-blue eyes. About 2 years old (as of Dec 2010), she came into our care after she was orphaned at the county shelter during the summer. She was hungry for love and made herself right at home in her foster mom's life, purring, playing and being a very happy kitty. Cassie caught the eye of an adopter and she went on to a new home but months later they gave her up saying she was not friendly. We were told this while the animal control officer was cuddling Cassie on their lap!! Since back in our care, Cassie has shown only how much she loves people and children and that she is fine with other pets given a week to get settled and acquainted. Cassie is outgoing and not shy, she will greet everyone visiting your home, and she loves to have your attention and will do sweet (non Siamesey) meows and hang out with you. She is gentle and affectionate, and likes to be by your side, on your lap or snuggled next to you in bed or on the sofa while you read or watch your favorite show.
