Dusty here and my name makes me sound like a Cow-Poke! Well, maybe I am… But it also could be my name because I was the “Lone Black Dog” with a brown cast to my coat from a litter of white to multi colored pups. Being already 20# and only 10 weeks old about 10/1, I’m going to be a BIG Cow-Poke. Our mom looked like a Great Pyrenees and they think our dad was a Bernese Mountain dog, but we can’t be sure and our mom did not say…Either way, our mom was gentle, kind and very loving so they expect me to be the same as I grow into the boy I will become… I was one of 11, yes, ELEVEN pups that my mom had to contend with. A few of us had a skin condition so we stayed back as the others got taken up north to find their forever homes. Our skin is clear now and I consider myself one of the lucky ones because I got to stay behind and miss the cold weather up in the northern country! Hey, look close at my mug shot, see that tongue? Well, that tongue never stops trying to give kisses! Yes, I’m down-right a “Luv Bug” wanting to be with you and share all kinds of things that life has to offer, then snuggle in and stay warm. Winter is a-coming and I think you need a foot warmer to stay warm at night. As I grow I’ll promise to keep more than your feet warm if you let me! Dusty is just waiting to spread a little sunshine into your life! Inside companion only please.
