Moose is about 4 years old (as of 6/15/12) and has extra toes on front paws and a dewclaw on one back paw. He is a moose of a kitty, long and large, weighing about 11 lbs. Moose is shy with new people and is not a meeter or greeter with guests. He knows his name and responds with a chirp or squeak of a meow. He loves other kitties, snuggling, playing and walking with them about the home. Moose does good with the older dog at his foster home too. He takes time to earn your trust and to adjust to the home, but is well worth it.
Not a velcro kitty, nor a lap kitty, he is attentive in other ways and likes his tummy rubbed, to be petted and to play games, and also likes to hang out by the sofa or in bed with you at nightime. Moose is so handsome, and in foster care this is just part of his wow factor. The other part is he is a genuinely nice boy who came from being very shy with everyone to being a part of the home. He would not do well in a family setting that is very active, but would prefer a home with a few other pets that he can be buddies with and people who will give him love, attention and treat him with kindness always. Email your application today for this special boy!
