Boing, Boing,Boing….. Here I come! I’m Grasshopper ready to “Spring” into your life! I’m a “small” grasshopper as I‘m full grown weighing in at only 15# and 1 y/o about 12/1 or there abouts….. I may be mixed with a Dachshund or something small, but no matter, my legs “Spring” me up to what I want to see or where I want to go which is usually where you are. I’m set at being a lap girl and feel I belong “On Your Lap” or on the couch beside you all the time! Considered a “Constant Companion”, I want to be right where you are, I’ll tag along with you through the house, up steps and down. If the mood hits and I’m curious about my surroundings, I’ll wait for you to show me the way, take a walk, go for a ride, whatever, then I’m ready to curl up with you for a movie or a good book. Did you know that Grasshoppers are one of a group of insects in the “Orthoptera” family… Jumpers…. Thus my foster family thought the name was appropriated.. Hey, Grasshopper is better than Pogo for Pogo Stick! Grasshoppers come in a variety of colors, green, olive, brown, and some with yellow or red markings. Well, I’m a beautiful Lemon colored Grasshopper. The other girls have nothing on me! Already crate trained and almost house trained this little grasshopper knows what to do to win your heart. I’ll even get along with a cat if you must, just so I’m the one you snuggle with at night. Though the wind is already blowing and snow soon to fly, you can have Grass-hopper year around to make your days sunny and warm. Inside companion only please.
