Happy, Happy, HAPPY all the time HAPPY! Yes that’s me…. I’m a Border Collie/Terrier mix that is full of myself and full of life! Ansel here and I’m a Beautiful Boy only 10 weeks old (12/17) and already 16 lbs. I’ll be a medium dog once full grown, maybe 45-50 lbs or so….once grown. We Border Collies are smart guys being very aware of our surrounds, intelligent, and excel in both agility and obedience. I will need a lot of exercise as I am getting that now playing with my other foster dogs. Oh boy lets “Rumble”! I am considered a “Clownish Boy” as I keep everyone in stitches as I run circles around the larger doppy foster boy in my home. It’s great fun as he can’t keep up with me as I jump over him as if he were a hurdle and tease him for being so slow… After all that play time, I am ready for a cuddle time if a lap makes itself available. Ansel means “Fortunate, blessed and Happy one” in Yiddish. That does fit me, but I’m really named after the famous photographer and environmentalist who is best known for black and white photography, Ansel Adams. Like him, I love the great outdoors, enjoy its beauty and the excitement of exploring and taking it all in. I’m about crate trained as I keep a clean bed for the most part, but still working on my house training. So what do ya say folks?
