Mittens is a darling little girl with tuxedo black and white markings and she is about 4 months old (as of 3/18). Mittens, with her little white mittens on paws, is a shy little girl that will need several weeks at a home to settle in. She will do best in a patient, understanding home where she will feel secure, cherished and be able to adapt in her own time. Mittens does fine with other kitties in the home, enjoying their companionship and also has been around a small dog and done fine. She comes to you on her terms right now, settling atop you for loving when the home is quiet and will do best in a more mature home.
Mittens is precious and very sweet and gentle, but her shyness is apparent and she needs her adopter to understand this and be willing to give her all the time she needs. After being abandoned as an orphan at the county shelter when she was about 7 weeks old, we have been working with Mittens since then and know she will continue to blossom with people who can help her along, and that she will be a sweet companion for a home who will cherish her. Email your application for Mittens today!
