About Dixie

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • Housetrained: Yes
You'll be whistling Dixie with this Calico cutie kitten! A michevious look in her eyes and lots of purring is what you find with sweet little kitten! About 10 weeks old (as of 4/26), she and her calico twin sister Trixie are a loving duo who were left at the county shelter and are now in our foster care. Dixie is statuesque with her tall peaked ears and long legs - and she is just a kitten so we can only imagine how beautiful she will be when she grows up! Dixie is outgoing, lots of fun, loves to explore, play and be a naturally silly little girl who purrs up a storm when you pet or cuddle her. Dixie is good with other pets in the home and adapts in a few days to new surroundings and everyone in the home. She will be a wonderful companion and interactive addition for a family or home looking for a kitty with charm who is outgoing and likes to be a part of the everyday activities in a home. At bedtime she is sure to snuggle up near you, loving you and purring up a storm. Give Dixie the love and happiness of being part of your life, adopt her today! IMPORTANT All adoptable pets are fostered in volunteers' homes. We do not have the volunteer resources to answer phone or email inquiries without a completed application.
