Monte is about 2 years old and was left at the county shelter, suddenly homeless, because his owner did not have time for him anymore. He nearly ran out of time so we are very happy we could get him into our foster program and find a forever home for this terrific boy! A Maine Coon longhaired mix boy with handsome brown tabby markings, Monte has a gentle and calm temperament and adapts super and with ease to new surroundings, people and pets. He is very easy going and nothing fazes him. He is confident and friendly with everyone, and he is great with other cats and a nice dog in the home. An absolute luvbug, Monte is always near and ready to give and get loving! He will follow you about and has a very "dog like" personality. He loves to snuggle in bed and be petted, is quite playful and enjoys playing with all sorts of toys and is very social and friendly. Monte is an all around great cat that will be a great interactive addition for a family or home with the time to love him.
