Emmett is a statuesque silver tabby boy who is about 2 years old (as of 1/21). He takes your breath away with how handsome he is, and he is just a sweetheart too! He loves to be with you all the time, and has a very dog like personality following you around everywhere you go, and his favorite thing is a good head rub! Emmett loves to sit on the couch and watch TV, or snuggle in the bed, basically do anything as long as he's with you. He is a VERY large cat weighing about 14 lbs. He prances around the house when you talk to him, as if to say, "I'm so happy that I'm finally in a nice home with people who love and notice me!" Emmett purrs up a storm when you pet or talk to him. He's ear tipped, so he went through a TNR spay/neuter program for outside cats, but he has NO interest in the outside. Emmett is smart, he knows being inside and having love all the time, being safe, fed and all that is the best thing in life! Emmett is fearless in the home, but even with his cool, laid back ways he needs you to give him a few days to get used to other kitties and a nice dog in the home. Emmett would be an awesome addition for a home wanting a cat that is all about love, being with people and becoming a forever part of the home. Did we mention he is a lap cat too?! We noticed this quite quickly, and its hard to tell Emmett and all his purrs that he is kinda a big boy to be on laps!! We just love this handsome boy, and you will too... email your application today!
