Laurel is about 10 months old (as of 2/17) and is very friendly and loving with kids and people alike. A beauty, this sweetheart is a Norwegian Maine Coon mix and has a laid-back disposition in the home. Laurel has wonderful features like her rich tabby long-haired coat, plumed tail, ear tufts and mane and she has these adorable tiny peaked ears! She does very good with other pets, but needs a a week perhaps to acclimate to new furry friends! She is a great addition for a family or home wanting a playful kitty who loves to be a part of the home and also loves to lay on laps and snuggle in bed! She is laid back and takes life in stride, lounging about, following you here and there when you are home and will happily cuddle up by your side whether on the sofa while watching tv, or in bed at nighttime. Laurel is interactive with people and is VERY friendly! She is more than eager to be adopted and to share her purrs and life with you! SCHS Kitten and Cat Adoption Fees Kitten (5 months and younger): $65.00 Pair of kittens special fee: $85.00 Junior kitty (5 months to 1 year): $50.00 Pair of junior kitties special fee: $75.00 Adult cat (1 year and older): $30.00 Pair of adult cats special fee: $50.00 * A purebred mix, longhaired, declaw or polydactyl cat or kitten is a VIP (Very Important Pet). A VIP adoption fee is an additional $15.00 to the above posted. A VIP kitty leaves a financial legacy so we can help the other homeless pets in our foster program. SCHS Foster Veterinary care and services Prior to being placed up for adoption, all cats at minimum receive a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative for FeLuk/FIV, HomeAgain microchipped, current on booster(s) and Rabies vaccination, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed. Prior to being placed for adoption, all kittens (under 5 months of age) receive at minimum a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative FeLuk, HomeAgain micro-chipped, current on booster shots, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed.
