Johnson is a very outgoing and affectionate boy who is just 7-months old (as of 3/17/2011)! This purr-machine is just waiting to be cuddled in your arms, and whether it be playtime or snuggle time, Johnson will purr up a storm and is a very happy little guy. He gets along with everyone with his friendly sociable ways, and adapts very easily to a new home, new pets and people to love! Johnson is a gorgeous Maine Coony boy with beautiful brown tabby markings, so soft long-haired coat complete with plumed tail and darling ear tufts. Johnson is active and interactive - he loves to play with his toys and with other pets and will want you to join in the fun! Easy going and super sweet, he likes to hang out by your side and see what's going on, and then will happily settle down by your side or on your lap for some loving. Come bedtime he will settle in for a long night snooze by your side with purrs galore. Johnson will be a very nice addition for a loving home or family that will care for and love him always. He wants to be a forever part of your life, email your application to adopt him! IMPORTANT All adoptable pets are fostered in volunteers' homes. We adopt out to of state homes, but ask potential adopters to consider the cost and methods of transport and include this information when submitting an application. SCHS Kitten and Cat Adoption Fees Kitten (5 months and younger): $65.00 Pair of kittens special fee: $85.00 Junior kitty (5 months to 1 year): $50.00 Pair of junior kitties special fee: $75.00 Adult cat (1 year and older): $30.00 Pair of adult cats special fee: $50.00 * A purebred mix, longhaired, declaw or polydactyl cat or kitten is a VIP (Very Important Pet). A VIP adoption fee is an additional $15.00 to the above posted. A VIP kitty leaves a financial legacy so we can help the other homeless pets in our foster program. SCHS Foster Veterinary care and services Prior to being placed up for adoption, all cats at minimum receive a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative for FeLuk/FIV, HomeAgain microchipped, current on booster(s) and Rabies vaccination, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed. Prior to being placed for adoption, all kittens (under 5 months of age) receive at minimum a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative FeLuk, HomeAgain micro-chipped, current on booster shots, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed.
