About Spike

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • General Color: Black
  • Housetrained: Yes
Spike is 7-8 months old (as of 12/2011). Like any kitty his age, he's full of fun! He loves being with other kitties, and he gets along well with dogs too. He’s used to being around older kids. His foster home is busy and full of life, so he’d fit right in with a full house, or he would be happy with a quiet home that can give him lots of time. As sociable and sweet as Spike is, he will fit in with just about anyone who will give him love. Spike loves napping in a nice warm spot, like the patch of sunlight coming through your window – what a peaceful sight! He also loves to play. He is a solid black kitty, but that doesn’t mean he’ll bring bad luck your way! When you adopt a black cat, luck is on YOUR side. Bring Spike home, and he’ll light up your life with playtime, snuggling, and love. Email your application today! IMPORTANT All adoptable pets are fostered in volunteers' homes. As we do not have the volunteer resources to answer phone or email inquiries without a completed application, to ensure your inquiry about this pet receives proper and prompt attention, please complete an adoption application and send to the e-mail address beneath the pet's photo (there is no obligation to adopt). We adopt out to of state homes, but ask potential adopters to consider the cost and methods of transport and include this information when submitting an application.
