About Jake

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • General Color: White
  • Housetrained: Yes
I am about 10 weeks old (as of 7/4) and I am a very sweet boy who was found abandoned at a trailer park, dirty and hungry, and was found and brought to the county shelter. Then I became a foster with SCHS and my hopes are high I will find a loving home or family to adopt me! I'm a little white furball looking for a little guidance as I grow into a big boy. The gray smudge on my head makes me unique, and you will love to pet me because I have a very soft coat! I love activities like scampering, running around in circles, sliding around on tile or wood floors and playing with my kitty toys. I'm an active explorer in the home and very outgoing, and I'm good with other pets in the home, so if you have other animals, I just know they'll love me! I also like children and adults and I'm happy to be cuddled and loved on and my purrmotor will rev into action! When you put me down, I'm like a wind up toy. Just watch me go to work, playing with my little toy mice and with the other kitties in my foster home. So give me a look, snuggle me, listen to me purr and take me into your heart and home. Email your application today so I can become your companion and snuggler forever! IMPORTANT All adoptable pets are fostered in volunteers' homes. As we do not have the volunteer resources to answer phone or email inquiries without a completed application, to ensure your inquiry about this pet receives proper and prompt attention, please complete an adoption application and send to the e-mail address beneath the pet's photo (there is no obligation to adopt). We adopt out to of state homes, but ask potential adopters to consider the cost and methods of transport and include this information when submitting an application. Completed applications and inquiries are responded to within 12 to 48 hours.
