Apollo here! Hello, I am a male Bernese Mountain Dog and Beagle mix. Or you could just call me a GIANT Beagle! I am about 4 years old and I weigh about 64 pounds. When my foster mom brought me into foster care I was extremely overweight. However, with some exercise and some healthy food, I have lost a LOT of weight and I feel great! I could stand to loose a few more pounds but I am much happier. I have been around for a while and my foster mom doesn't know why--I am such a great dog. The people at Petsmart have gotten to know me and my nickname from them is "Chunky Monkey!" I am a very easy going dog and I get along with everyone. Consider me your giant teddy bear. I get along with other dogs and cats. I will also do well with children. My foster mom describes me as a happy and affectionate boy, who would make a great family dog. I am a low to medium energy dog so one good walk a day would be fine with me. Consider me as a new addition to your home, I will fill it with love and happiness!
