About Lena

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • General Color: White
  • Housetrained: Yes
Lena (short for Walena) is about 11-12 weeks old and is a tailless Manx with darling markings of white with orange dapples. She is indeed a girl, and she is so happy to have a chance of finding a forever home. Her and her Manx sister Abby were both very scared when they were dropped at the shelter by their home and were quite hissy. But after a few weeks at a foster family, these girls are mellowed out and Lena is much less timid. She still is shy at first and she will continue to blossom in a home that will be patient, attentive and very loving with her. Lena is an active and playful kitten who likes to cuddle and race about with her sister and she purrs up a storm of delight when you pet her. She is getting better about being held and is starting to learn that its nice to feel safe in someone's arms. Lena gets along well with other kitties and will adapt fine to a nice dog given time to get acquainted. She is full of surprises right now because Lena is still growing up and learning that a family and love is quite nice to have. Lena would love to become yours and have love and care for a lifetime as part of your home or family. Email your application today for her, or if you would like a pair of darling Manx.... also check out her sister Abby! IMPORTANT All adoptable pets are fostered in volunteers' homes.
