Meet Aretha. She is a female Labrador Retriever mix. She is 4 months old and weighs 16lbs (as of 9/21). We estimate that Aretha will be a medium sized girl—but it is always hard to be 100% sure. Aretha is crate trained and is working on house training. Aretha is an independent girl, her ideal home would be one where her family is committed to obedience training where they can establish strong leadership skills. Aretha would also do well in a home with another dog that is older and confident so that it could show Aretha the ropes! Aretha loves to wrestle with the other puppies and play with toys. She is a medium energy girl. Aretha’s foster mom says that she is so cute and is sure that someone will just fall in love with her!
