About Ana

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • General Color: Gray
  • Housetrained: Yes
Ana is about 2 1/2 years old (as of Nov 2011) and returned to our care after her adopter was placed in a senior living center. Ana is a very calm, quiet and easy going girl who cherishes affection and someone loving her. She likes to spend her days in a home lounging on a comfy spot, periodically playing with kitty toys, and watching life outside from a window sill. Ana is stunning with her plush, soft coat and close resemblance to the Chartreux breed. She gets along fine with other cats given a few days to adapt to new surroundings, and will do okay with a nice, equally calm dog. Ana would fit in well for a family with children used to kitties. She loves being petted and will cuddle on your lap happily. Ana doesn't mind being picked up but prefers being on your lap to being carried around constantly. She does like feather chaser toys and the laser light toy and seems to enjoy all types of catnip toys! Ana has an air of regal, and whether it's play, slumbering with you at bedtime or just hanging out with you while you make dinner or watch tv, you get the feeling she is of royal descent! After losing her home and person is such a sad way, Ana is ready for the happiness that will come with finding you and having a forever home to become a part of.
