Anna Kate is a female Dachshund who is 1 year old and currently weighs 22lbs. She is pretty much fully grown but could gain a couple pounds. Anna Kate is doing GREAT with house training. She uses the doggy door in the foster home and also is taken outside by her foster family.. She is completely crate trained. At night Anna Kate goes in her crate with no fuss and quickly settles down to go to sleep. She does well with other dogs, we are unsure about cats. She would do best in a home with older children who can be taught how to handle her. She is a happy girl who likes to play with other dogs. She likes to play tug-o-war with socks or toys. Anna Kate would really enjoy a home where she can play outside or go on lots of walks as she likes to explore her surroundings. She is really a happy and affectionate girl who is looking for a loving and patient home who will give her time to warm up to them.
