About Evie

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • General Color: Gray
  • Housetrained: Yes
Evie is an elegant Russian Blue wannabe beauty with just a cameo of white at her neck - helpful so you can always be able to tell her from her twin sister Esme. Each girl is just 5 months old (as of 1/8), and are bound to be big girls when they are fully grown. They came into our care in October when they were about a month old, malnourished and quite pitiful. Today they are beautiful girls, and they are looking for a forever home - hoping one will adopt them as a pair so they can remain together. Whereas Esme is they shyer of the pair, Evie is the outgoing, silly and engaging one who always helps her sister see how much fun life is when Esme is unsure. Evie loves to play and all sorts of toys keep her amused. She likes the turbo ring, catnip toys, the laser light pointer, and of course playing with Esme! Evie adapts well to new surroundings given a few days to check things out and settle in. She purrs when you pet or hold her, and is a curious girl so sometimes she may not be long in your arms if something catches her fancy on the ground! She gets along well with other pets and does nice with kids and adults alike. Evie and Esme would really like a home together if possible. They are sisters and seem to do each other a world of good when they get to be together. Email your application today for Evie (and Esme) and make them yours! IMPORTANT All adoptable pets are fostered in volunteers' homes. As we do not have the volunteer resources to answer phone or email inquiries without a completed application, to ensure your inquiry about this pet receives proper and prompt attention, please complete an adoption application and send to the e-mail address beneath the pet's photo (there is no obligation to adopt). We adopt out to of state homes, but ask potential adopters to consider the cost and methods of transport and include this information when submitting an application.
