About Bowie

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • General Color: White
  • Housetrained: Yes
Bowie is quite the handsome boy with one blue eye and one golden eye. He is solid white and is about 1 year old (as of 2/23/12). Bowie loves people and will come looking for attention and loving from you. He is vocal and always greets people with a couple of meows. A very sweet boy, he is friendly and loves to be part of a home. He needs a little time to settle in with new surroundings, but give him a week so he can explore and get used to everything and he is fine. Bowie's foster mom is working on getting him comfortable with being picked up, but right now its generally only for a few moments. He does like to snuggle up by your side when you are reading or watching the tv, and at bedtime he will curl up next to your head! A very playful boy, he loves the turbo ring toy and tries to catch the ball with his paws after he gives it a mighty smack around the track! Bowie is also a big fan of dangle toys. Bowie takes awhile to get used to a nice dog; he was a little nervous with the active dog at his foster home but has since gotten used to him. He does well with most cats, but does not seem to warm up to the other male cat at his foster home. Bowie does seem to have partial hearing loss and will need a home that is sure to keep him safe and inside. It also means that he's never scared of the vacuum! Email your application today for Bowie, he is a very endearing and lovable fella and he would love to be a part of your life and home! IMPORTANT All adoptable pets are fostered in volunteers' homes.
