Finn is magnificent and closely resembles a champagne colored creamsicle with his handsome Maine Coon and Norwegan Forest features and beautiful coloring. Finn was returned by his adopter, along with brother Chunky Monkey, when he and Chunky scratched carpeting at his adoptive home. He is about 1 1/2 yrs old (as of Feb/2012 The boys had been kept isolated in a room while their owners were out of town, and had been scratching by the door trying to get out of the room. We can't blame them for trying to get out of one room so they could be in the rest of the home they had been used to since kittenhood. Finn is a very sweet and gentle boy, calm and easy going. He is a little shy at first but responds immediately to love and affection. Finn soon is comfy and relaxed in new surroundings and is a lover through and through. He loves to be petted and talked to, held and cuddled. Finn does good with kids and adults alike and is friendly and affectionate. He gets along great with other cats and will do fine with a nice, calm dog. Finn likes to look out windows and laze around, and is also keen on playing with catnip and dangle toys. SCHS Foster Veterinary care and services Prior to being placed up for adoption, all cats at minimum receive a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative for FeLuk/FIV, HomeAgain microchipped, current on booster(s) and Rabies vaccination, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed. Prior to being placed for adoption, all kittens (under 5 months of age) receive at minimum a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative FeLuk, HomeAgain micro-chipped, current on booster shots, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed.
