Meet Eli! He is a “big” Boston Terrier mix who is 11 months old and who currently weighs 35lbs (as of 2/22). Eli is doing great with both house training and crate training. He is having few accidents and is getting the hang of going outside! He is not the biggest fan of his crate, but will go in quietly and is crated during the day while his foster parents are at work. Eli is great with all other dogs. He would do best in a home with older children. He still has some manners to learn, like not to jump on people—the reason why older children would do best. He has three loves in his life—belly rubs, treats and to play ball! Eli will need a family where he will get tons of play time as he loves to play with both his human friends and doggy friends. He does settle down for a good belly rub and snuggle. He takes direction very well and is quickly learning how to behave on a leash and in the house. He would really benefit from obedience training.
