Mabel is a very sweet and very petite girl who is the size of a 6 month old but is actually about 1 year old (as of 3/15). She is very engaging and loving with everyone, and there is nothing sweeter than seeing a child be able to scoop this kitty up to love on her and to see Mabel loving it! She is gentle and very affectionate, and really appreciates companionship with everyone in the home. She is a wonderful choice for either a family or home looking to adopt a unique looking girl who has a sort of sophisticated charm, yet is very down to earth. Mabel has a lean and sleek look to her, a long tail and is long-legged. Her eyes are green and very large - and always filled with expression. Mabel will walk with you in the home, sit beside you, lay on your lap and definitely will cuddle with you at bedtime. She is great with other kitties and adapted well to a nice dog at her foster home. Mabel likes to play with all sorts of toys, but will not redecorate your home! SCHS Foster Veterinary care and services Prior to being placed up for adoption, all cats at minimum receive a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative for FeLuk/FIV, HomeAgain microchipped, current on booster(s) and Rabies vaccination, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed. Prior to being placed for adoption, all kittens (under 5 months of age) receive at minimum a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative FeLuk, HomeAgain micro-chipped, current on booster shots, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed.
