PICTURES COMING SOON! Meet Toby! Toby is a Yorkie & Chihuahua mix who is 2 years old and who currently weighs a small 4.6lbs. Toby is crate trained and he is working on house training. His foster mom says that he is improving each day! Toby is good with all other dogs and is fine with cats. Toby would do best in a home with older children because of his small fragile size. He is a fun and playful boy who is very affectionate and loves to be carried around. Toby is looking for a home that will give him the love and attention he deserves--and he wouldn't mind being spoiled!!
