Meet Elise. She is a 9 year old female West Highland Terrier. Elise came to the shelter with her sister, Holly (they do not have to be adopted together). Both came into the shelter is very rough shape--tons of matts and fleas. So we had to be shaved as you can see in my picture! I feel soooo much better now with my haircut and some TLC. I even had my teeth cleaned! I am a very high energy girl who needs a outlet to get rid of some of my energy. I have no quite bonded with the dogs in my foster home, but there has been a lot going on in my life lately. My foster mom feels that once I settle in, I will do better. I do LOVE being with people and would make a good lap dog.
