About Rhino

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • General Color: Gray
Meet Rhino. He is a male Pit Bull Terrier who is 6 weeks old and who weighs 5.8lbs (as of 5/25). Rhino was found in a cage out in the hot sun with no food and water. To say the beginning of his life has been hard is an understatement. However, he is not is a great foster home where he is receiving the proper care and nutrition he needs. He is even learning how to sit! Rhino is working on house training and crate training. He gets along with all other dogs and does well with cats. Rhino thinks he is one of the big dogs and thinks he can keep up with them! He likes to act tough, but we know deep down he is a softie. His foster mom says that he is so cute, but handsome with his short stocky body. Rhino needs a home where his family has experience with the breed. He will need continuous training so that he learns that his new family is the boss! If you live in a subdivision, Rhino also needs a fenced in yard.
