Fernando is a handsome, little orange tabby anxious to find a forever family! About 12 weeks old (as of 6/23), this little guy was orphaned at the county shelter and luckily was rescued into our care. Very affectionate, Fernando loves to be held, cuddled, petted and get a belly rub, and will purr nonstop in return. He has a balanced schedule for each day, love, play and nap. Playtime will find Fernando being quite the character, batting ping pong balls across the floor, tackling a toy mouse, leaping for a dangle toy. He gets along great with other pets, and has a blast playing with his fellow foster kitties. He is wonderful with children and adults alike, and is a purrfect choice for a family or home wanting a confident, so sweet and charming kitty. A VIP adoption fee is an additional $15.00 to the above posted. A VIP kitty leaves a financial legacy so we can help the other homeless pets in our foster program. SCHS Foster Veterinary care and services Prior to being placed up for adoption, all cats at minimum receive a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative for FeLuk/FIV, HomeAgain microchipped, current on booster(s) and Rabies vaccination, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed. Prior to being placed for adoption, all kittens (under 5 months of age) receive at minimum a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative FeLuk, HomeAgain micro-chipped, current on booster shots, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed.
