Trumpet is a one year old (as of 8/2012) male orange tabby. His adopters were not able to keep him any longer and so Trumpet found his way back into our care. Trumpet was initially shy, but today he is an easy going boy who is hardly ever shy! He likes other cats, dogs, people and kids and will be great in a family or home where he will be shown love, kindness and attention. He was named after the Trumpet vine, due to his bright orange color. Trumpet is a big cat and loves to stretch out, displaying his gorgeous orange fur. He loves to be petted and purrrrrs up a storm for you. A companion pet, he will love a home that will talk to him and make him a part of their lives. SCHS Foster Veterinary care and services Prior to being placed up for adoption, all cats at minimum receive a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative for FeLuk/FIV, HomeAgain microchipped, current on booster(s) and Rabies vaccination, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed. Prior to being placed for adoption, all kittens (under 5 months of age) receive at minimum a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative FeLuk, HomeAgain micro-chipped, current on booster shots, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed.
