This beautiful chocolate torbie girl is Ivy. She is about 12 weeks old as of 8/18/12, and was found outside of the local Dollar General store. She tried to climb the wall outside of the store, so we named her Ivy. She was a feisty little girl at first, but after some time, she calmed down and loves to be held. Ivy has now become one of the sweetest kittens we have ever seen, as soon as you pick her up she starts to purr. She also loves to snuggle, and will lay back in your lap to take a nap. Ivy is a calm and sweet kitten, but still a little reserved, so will need some time to adjust to a new home. She is good with young children and other cats, and has thrived in her foster home. SCHS Foster Veterinary care and services Prior to being placed up for adoption, all cats at minimum receive a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative for FeLuk/FIV, HomeAgain microchipped, current on booster(s) and Rabies vaccination, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed. Prior to being placed for adoption, all kittens (under 5 months of age) receive at minimum a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative FeLuk, HomeAgain micro-chipped, current on booster shots, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed.
