Update 8/9/12 Skipper is a male Papillon mix who is 3 years old and who weighs 14lbs. Skipper sleeps well in his crate and is house trained. Skipper is a "ladies man" and loves to follow his foster mommy around the house! Skipper does good with other dogs and has finally start playing with them!! He is definitely showing his true personality since coming into foster care--he has learned what the good life is He is happy, playful, and curious. He is smart and very social. He is a high energy boy so he will need his daily exercise. Skipper needs a home that will be patient enough to work with him. Skipper will make a grumble sound when you stop petting him.
