Hawkeye is pending adoption at this time. Hawkeye is a male Border Collie and Australian Shepherd mix. He is currently 5 months old and weighs 24lbs. He will most likely be a medium sized boy fully grown. He is crate trained and will sleep 8hrs at night. However, once he gets up in the morning he knows to go straight to the door to go potty! He will need more practice and training with house training. Hawkeye does well with other dogs but tends to be a firm and consistent pack leader. So his new family will need to give him plenty of exercise and socialization with other dogs. He would like to have a fenced yard to burn off some of his excitement. He is smart, happy, and confident. He likes to play chase, play tug, and to chew on a bone. He also loves water! His foster mom describes him as being an adorable puppy who has strikingly pretty blue and brown eyes. She says that he is very smart and has a very soft coat.
