He is about 98% house trained. He is good with all other dogs and does well with cats. He would also do well with children. He is described as being happy and very affectionate. He really likes cats and hopes that they like him too! Piper is a high energy puppy who will need a lot of stimulation and lots of squeaky toys! He will need a family that has time to train and play with a puppy. His foster mom says he has a great personality and that he is very affectionate! IMPORTANT All our pets are fostered in volunteers' homes. We do not have the resources to answer phone or email inquiries without a completed application.
