Meet Spencer - a very handsome English Springer Spaniel. Spencer is about 1 1/2 years old and has been neutered. He is making progress with his house-training. His foster mom reports that he is good with other dogs, children, men, women and strangers! He's very happy and playful, social and affectionate. He loves running, playing with other dogs and cuddling with his person! He would love to have a home with a fenced yard and a family that is active. He may do best with another dog in the home.
