This sweet boy is truly a survivor, wandering on his own for months until a kind stranger helped him to safety into our local dog park where the kind shelter staff brought him inside with food and water and a warm bed. He's a grateful boy needing a home specific to his needs. Kramer is 2 years old and weighs 17 lbs. A fenced yard is a must where he can run and play freely and in safety of never getting lost again. Kramer also gravitates to women. He chooses his female caretaker and then it takes him extra time to warm up to other's. We ask that special care be considered before thinking Kramer will be suitable to your home. He does love the company of other dogs who are calm and playful. Once Kramer warms up he is devoted, but again, he likes to have a female as his primary companion. He will need lots of socialization and patient training. He knows sit, and down as long as the treats are pleasing to him. We will learn more about Kramer in the next couple of weeks.
