Meet Sunny! ☀️

 

Sunny is a 7-month-old Lab mix with a heart as big as his puppy energy! This happy, affectionate boy loves attention and thrives on being part of the action. He’s fantastic with kids and other dogs, and his favorite games include tug-of-war and any activity that keeps him moving.

 

Sunny is smart and eager to learn—especially when treats are involved—and he handles bath time like a champ. With his playful spirit and growing manners, he’ll shine in a home that can continue his training and give him plenty of positive reinforcement.

 

Because he’s an energetic puppy, Sunny will do best in a home with a yard where he can run, play, and burn off that “energizer bunny” enthusiasm. He’s been raised around children and would make a wonderful family companion for an active household.

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Dogs (5 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for heartworms and Lyme disease, and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), bordetella and rabies vaccinations.

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Puppies (under 5 months of age): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs , at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed , and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), and rabies vaccinations. Puppies under 4 months of age will be placed into our foster to adopt program until the above services are met.
