Hello,my name is Maggie! I came to SCHS from a shelter in rural Indiana and now I'm hoping to find my furever home. The first thing you will notice about me is my strikingly beautiful dilute calico coat of gray, light orange and cream. But I have something else colorful too! A tattoo! Yes, I’m a girl with a tattoo in my ear. Tattoos can sometimes tell a story and I have one to tell. I was captured and spayed by the community vet in Indiana and then was placed outside to fend for myself. Luckily, someone found me and took me to a shelter so I would not have to live outdoors anymore. I loved being loved on and taken care of. I like being held to check out the world around me. I will seek out your attention with my sweet meows. I am ready to find my furever home. If I'm the girl for you, come and visit me at Scott County Humane Society!

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Cats (6 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all cats, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for FeLV, microchipped, current on booster(s) and rabies vaccinations, de-wormed, flea treated, and checked/treated for ear mites.

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Kittens (under 6 months of age): Prior to being placed for adoption, all kittens, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for FeLV, microchipped, current on booster vaccinations, de-wormed, flea treated, and checked/treated for ear mites.
