From being found in a carrier on the side of the road with siblings to a small rural shelter where they got very sick with coccidia and kennel cough this litter of puppies have been through it.  After a couple weeks in a foster home with lots of love and care they are on their search for their forever home.  Like most puppies she needs a home willing to put in the work to train her.  She’s been in a foster home with other dogs and cats and does fine, but will need supervision around the cats.  As her suspected breed mix are hunting dogs she will need a home understanding of those breed and their need for exercise and secure fencing.

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Dogs (5 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for heartworms and Lyme disease, and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), bordetella and rabies vaccinations.

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Puppies (under 5 months of age): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs , at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed , and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), and rabies vaccinations. Puppies under 4 months of age will be placed into our foster to adopt program until the above services are met.
