Toph (or Harley Quinn as we like to call her due to her markings) was rescued from a car engine. She was only a few weeks old at that time. She was placed in foster care immediately and grew up with kids, cats, and dogs. Somehow, she is still very shy and timid though. She wants affection and if you get to hold, or pet, her she'll purr her little heart out and lean into your pets. When she is in a room without any other cats and just her human foster sister, she is more outgoing. Otherwise her foster family gets to approach her when they are calm and slow moving and when Toph sees them coming. We believe that she will come more out of her shell in a calm forever home with less, or no, cats that can keep her occupied. She is a very sweet, gentle and loving little girl that's looking for her purrfect forever home that can see past her shy exterior and help her being the amazing cat she can and wants to be.

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Cats (6 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all cats, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for FeLV, microchipped, current on booster(s) and rabies vaccinations, de-wormed, flea treated, and checked/treated for ear mites.
