Simon is a sweet boy who takes a minute to warm up to you, but once he does he's all about the pets.  Simon would do best in a quiet home.  Simon is FIV positive.  Cats typically get FIV from deep bite wounds when fighting with other cats.  They can live with other cats as long as the cats don’t fight, so a slow introduction is needed so you can make sure the cats are getting along.    FIV positive cats need to be indoor only cats so there is no risk of them getting into a fight with an unfixed outdoor cat.  FIV-positive cats can live normal lives, both in quality and duration. They just need to be monitored for infections and dental issues.
